RETURNS POLICY

We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at each stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Please note - If you're waiting on a refund or exchange, we usually take 7-10 working days. If you have returned your order after the Christmas period, then please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return was delivered back to our warehouse.
