No Hassle Returns.
We will dispatch your order normally within 1 but no more than within 2 working days of it being confirmed.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.
We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at each stage of delivery, including when we receive it.
If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge (within the UK only).

 Please note - If you're waiting on a refund or exchange, we usually take 1-3 working days to get your new items re-shipped.

If you have returned your order after the Christmas period, then please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return was delivered back to our warehouse.If you have returned your order over 15 working days ago then please provide us with your order number and returns tracking information and we can investigate this further.
